Béatrice is a Corporate Paralegal in the “Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions” department.

For 25 years, she has assisted companies and groups of all sizes and all sectors of activity, in legal monitoring and high-balance sheet operations (incorporation, account approvals, sales of units and shares, capital increases and reductions, issues securities, universal transfers of assets, partial contributions of assets, withdrawals of assets, mergers, splits), as well as in the completion of all formalities with the Registrars of commercial courts, tax service, Chamber of Trades, INPI, INSEE …

Education

Béatrice holds a DEUG in private law and a Notary First Clerk diploma.

Professional practice

After a few years of experience in notarial studies, particularly in the West Indies, in May 1996 Béatrice joined the “Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions” department of DMG, now DELSOL Avocats, where she worked for Amaury for 25 years as a corporate paralegal.

Therefore, Béatrice naturally chose to join the AXIPITER adventure from the start.
