Aymar is legal advisor in the “Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions” department.
Aymar mainly advises companies on corporate law (incorporation, legal monitoring, equity transactions) and is involved in the following areas:
- Mergers & acquisitions (external growth, spin-offs): audits, letters of intent, sale agreements, asset and liability guarantees, etc,
- LBOs (acquisitions or disposals): audits, complex securities issues, shareholder agreements, management packages, senior or mezzanine debt, etc,
- corporate restructuring: mergers, demergers, spin-offs.
Training
Aymar holds a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master II in Law and Financial Engineering from Université Jean-Moulin Lyon III.
Professional Career
Before joining Axipiter in November 2022, Aymar completed several internships with French and American law firms (Pepper Hamilton LLP – New York office) and developed his corporate law skills over a 3-year period as an account manager/corporate lawyer with CNRS Innovation, the CNRS’s development subsidiary, where he was in charge of the CNRS’s portfolio of equity investments in companies from the academic world, and developing CNRS assets.
