INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS

The AXIPITER “Insolvency proceedings” team intervenes in both preventive (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, court-ordered receivership, liquidation proceedings).

The team also assists its French and international clients in any situation arising from the opening of insolvency proceedings in France.

The team is experienced in managing with all disputes relating from the launch of a collective procedure. The team assists clients in their liability actions brought by judicial representatives during receivership or liquidation proceedings, in particular in defense of the company managers as well as in defense of the creditors, especially financial institutions.
