Agathe PHILIPPOT
Senior associate
Agathe is a senior associate in the “Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions” department.
Agathe advises companies and investors in national and international mergers and acquisitions as well as in private equity transactions.
She assists companies and groups within operations of sales and acquisitions, venture capital, build-up and fundraising, namely in the fields of industry, economic intelligence, renewable energies, wine and spirits, and the internet.
Education
Agathe has an undergraduate degree in private law and a Master 1 degree in business law from the University Panthéon Assas – Paris II, a Master 2 degree in business law from the University of Versailles and an MBA from IAE in Paris.
She has been registered with the Paris bar since 2014.
Professional practice
Agathe joined Holman Fenwick Willan International LLP (Corporate Law Department – Mergers & Acquisitions) as a first-time associate in 2014.
Before joining AXIPITER from its creation, she was an associate at DELSOL Avocats (Corporate Law Department – Mergers and Acquisitions) where she spent a little over 5 years working with Amaury.
