Lawyer
Alliance FOSSI is a lawyer awaiting swearing-in in the public business law department.
Alliance’s main areas of practice are environmental and urban planning law, and we advise and litigate before the administrative courts, both on the merits and in summary proceedings.
It supports and offers operational solutions to public and private entities in the following areas:
- Renewable energies and environmental permit litigation,
- ICPE audits and litigation,
- Protected species,
- Sustainable resource management,
- Operational and regulatory urban planning,

Training
A publicist by training, Alliance holds a Master II Professionnel (double degree in law and engineering) in sustainable development, environmental management and geomatics, co-directed by the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Ecole nationale des sciences géographiques (ENSG-Géomatique); and a 3ème cycle university diploma in territorial management and sustainable development from the University of Montpellier I.
Professional Career
Prior to joining AXIPITER, Alliance worked in the courts, in this case at the Conseil d’Etat, where she completed her individual educational project (PPI), at the 6ème chamber of the Section du Contentieux, specializing in the environment and town planning. She also worked in the sustainable development department of the commune of Romainville, and completed several internships with Parisian law firms (HERALD Avocats, formerly GRANRUT, BENICHOU et Associés, etc.).
