Audrey KUKULSKI

Audrey is the head of the “Business Litigation” department.

She specializes in handling pre-litigation and civil and commercial litigation (contract law, company law, banking and financial law). She advises French and international industrial groups and banking establishments in particular, in complex and strategic litigation.

She is also involved in insolvency proceedings both in within the frame of amicable proceedings (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) and legal proceedings (safeguard, upturn, liquidation), including related disputes.

Audrey advises various types of stakeholders (debtors, creditors), both French and foreign.

Education

Audrey holds a DEA in Business Law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon ASSAS.

She also followed the Institute of Comparative Law’s training course at the University of Paris II-Panthéon ASSAS.

Professional practice

Audrey was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003.

She joined the “Criminal and Commercial Litigation” department of Gide Loyrette Nouel in August 2000 as an intern and became an associate in January 2003, she then became Counsel in January 2014.

She left Gide in October 2019 to join the Litigation department of Jeantet as Counsel, before joining AXIPITER in October 2021.
