Mathilda BOURDEIL
Junior associate

Mathilda is a junior associate in the “Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions” department.
In addition to traditional activity in corporate law (incorporation, legal follow-up, corporate finance operations) and contract law (licenses, distribution, CGV / CGA, etc.), she intervenes in:
- Mergers and acquisitions (external growths, spin-offs): audits, letters of intent, disposal protocols, asset and liability guarantee, etc.,
- LBOs (acquisitions or disposals): audits, issuance of complex securities, shareholders’ agreements, management packages, senior or mezzanine debt, etc.,
- Corporate restructuring: mergers, splits, contributions.
Education
After a Master II degree in “Vine and wine law”, Mathilda joined the Master II “in-depth private law – business law course” at the University of Bordeaux.
She then acquired her skills in finance and mergers and acquisitions as part of her Specialized Masters in “International Law and Management” at ESCP.
Professional practice
Before joining AXIPITER, Mathilda completed several internships with French and international law firms such as Hogan Lovells and Rossi Bordes & associés.
She also benefited from experience in a French investment fund, Abénex Capital.
