About

Anne-Charlotte is the head of the Real Estate / Construction department.

She advises on all matters relating to real property, both on the real-estate side (including commercial and residential leases, sale and purchase agreements, co-ownerships, homeowners’ associations) and on the construction side (construction contracts, construction defects, ten-year liability insurance and “dommages-ouvrage” insurance, abnormal neighbourhood disturbances, real-estate project structuring, fires, natural disasters, soil contamination).

She acts in both advisory and litigation matters, for all types of properties such as buildings, houses, hospitals, shopping centres, hotels, as well as photovoltaic, wind or hydroelectric power plants.

She complements her legal expertise with the support of her network of technical experts.

Deeply involved in her community, she is the President of the association Action’elles and co-chair of the “Green Bar” Commission of the Lyon Bar.
