About

Emilie heads the firm’s Commercial Law and Competition Law department.

For more than 20 years, she has advised and represented a wide range of clients, including SMEs, mid-sized companies, large national businesses and subsidiaries of international groups, both in advisory matters and litigation.

Emilie assists her clients in the negotiation of their agreements and the structuring of their commercial relationships, particularly in the distribution, fashion, hospitality and industrial sectors, always seeking the most practical solution suited to their objectives and operational constraints.

In this context, Emilie advises clients on the drafting, review and audit of commercial agreements, including in particular:

• distribution agreements, franchise agreements, commercial agency agreements and other intermediary arrangements;

• supply agreements, service agreements and partnership agreements;

• general terms and conditions of sale, general terms and conditions of purchase, and the harmonisation of contractual documentation.

Her practice also involves assisting clients in pre-litigation matters and representing them before civil and commercial courts in disputes relating to business activities (including contract termination, sudden termination of commercial relationships, unfair competition and liability claims) as well as corporate disputes.

In this respect, and in close coordination with the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions department, Emilie more specifically advises executives and shareholders in the management of disputes involving shareholder conflicts, dismissal and liability of executives, and disputes arising in the context of M&A transactions.
