Léna is an associate within the Intellectual Property department.

She advises both French and international clients — including individuals (artists) and companies — primarily on the protection and enhancement of intangible assets (copyright, designs and trademarks).

She acts both in advisory matters and administrative proceedings (before the INPI and the EUIPO), as well as in judicial litigation relating to infringement, parasitism and unfair competition.
