Mathis Bardet-Trouilloud

Mathis Bardet-Trouilloud is an associate within the “Public Business Law – Urban Planning & Environmental Law” department.

He advises companies, public entities and private operators on a wide range of public economic law matters, including public contracts, regulatory issues, complex structuring and transaction security. His practice also extends to urban planning and environmental law, both in advisory and litigation, with a rigorous, solution-driven approach.

Mathis supports his clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects—permits and authorisations, administrative procedures, regulatory compliance—and helps them manage the risks inherent to development, implementation and infrastructure operations.
