Aymar is a legal counsel within the “Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions” department.

Aymar advises companies primarily on corporate law matters (incorporation, ongoing corporate secretarial work, equity transactions) and is involved in:

• Mergers & acquisitions (external growth, spin-offs): due diligence, letters of intent, share purchase agreements, representations and warranties, etc.,

• LBOs (acquisitions or disposals): due diligence, issuance of complex securities, shareholders’ agreements, management packages, senior or mezzanine debt, etc.,

• Corporate reorganizations: mergers, demergers, contributions of assets.
