Béatrice Delmau

Béatrice is a Corporate Paralegal within the “Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions” department.

For the past 25 years, she has been assisting companies and groups of all sizes and across all sectors in their corporate maintenance and equity transactions (incorporations, approval of accounts, transfers of shares, capital increases and reductions, issuances of securities, universal transfers of assets, partial asset contributions, asset withdrawals, mergers and demergers).

She also handles all related formalities with the Commercial Court Registries, tax authorities, Chamber of Trades, INPI, INSEE, and other relevant administrations.
