Constance Le Vert

Constance is co-head of the “Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions” department.

She primarily advises in the areas of:

• private equity (venture capital, growth capital, LBO/MBO…),

• mergers & acquisitions,

• project finance, and

• capital markets,

acting for institutional investors, investment funds, family offices and founders.

She also provides her expertise to SMEs and mid-cap companies on investment matters, corporate law issues and governance.

In these contexts, Constance also advises on financing transactions (including bond financings), as well as structuring and reorganising French and international corporate groups — whether relating to governance, business combinations or equity-related transactions.
