Delphine, who founded the Intellectual Property department of Schmidt Brunet Litzler in 1998, now heads Axipiter’s highly proactive Intellectual Property team, which supports clients at every stage and in all aspects of their business activities, partnerships and licence agreements — including marketing strategy and communication — particularly with respect to their innovations, copyright projects, and the management of their trademark and design portfolios worldwide.
Delphine advises and represents clients across a wide range of sectors and industries, including manufacturing, design, furniture, cosmetics and beauty, as well as fashion, advertising and media.
She handles trademark, design and copyright litigation with determination and tenacity, as well as unfair competition matters.
Trained in alternative dispute resolution methods, Delphine also assists clients in mediation proceedings.
She is committed to providing advice grounded in a thorough understanding of her clients’ businesses, challenges and projects.
Delphine also has significant expertise in commercial law, both in advisory work through the drafting of business agreements and in litigation matters.
She works closely with the firm’s Corporate, Employment, Commercial and Tax teams on audit assignments, the valuation of intellectual property assets (trademarks, patents, software), and agreements relating to such rights and intangible assets.
